The Honey by Merchant & Mills channels the free-spirited style of the 1970s with a flowing maxi sundress designed for warm, unhurried days.

The design features a neat mitred bodice, a gently elasticated back and a generously gathered skirt. Sew the full-length dress for a dramatic summer silhouette or shorten it to create the Honey top. Bold patterns, delicate prints and understated solid colours each give this versatile design a completely different character.

An additional embroidery PDF for the centre bodice panel is available separately and is not included with this sewing pattern.

All seam allowances are 1.5 cm (⅝"), unless otherwise stated, and are included in the pattern.

Avoid linen or other fabrics that are too heavy, as the fullness and gathers of the skirt may make the finished garment feel excessively weighty.
