The Sisko sewing pattern includes two versatile variations: a midi dress and a crop top. Both feature a unique layered and interlaced wrap bodice with ties, a scoop neckline, and a keyhole detail at the front.

The dress variation includes a comfortable elastic waist and midi-length skirt, while the crop top offers a modern, flattering silhouette. Both views are maternity and nursing friendly.

Recommended Fabrics

Choose a light to medium-weight knit fabric with 40–50% stretch, such as:

• Jersey
• Interlock knit
• Other knit fabrics with good stretch and recovery

If using a lightweight fabric, interfacing the ties is recommended.

Supplies Needed

• Light to medium-weight knit fabric
• Fusible knit interfacing for the ties (approximately 105 cm / 1⅛ yd)
• Dress version only:
  • 10 cm (4") fusible knit interfacing for the elastic casing
  • 2 cm (3/4") elastic equal to your waist measurement
• Sewing thread
