Vision for impact

This book provides practical advice for youth ministry, but it can be applied to any situation. It is like the sound of a trumpet announcing that your life and your ministry can have a real impact. With over fifteen years of experience in youth ministry, Troy Jones shares his thoughts on:

• effective strategies for winning,
• building, and sending youth,
• organizing your life to make your youth ministry sustainable,
• addressing real issues to reach non-Christian youth,
• proven and effective discipleship principles,
• maintaining a good relationship with the senior pastor,
• the personal side of ministry life: marriage and money.

With a biblical foundation and a sound philosophy, this book provides fundamental principles as well as concrete steps to put them into practice.
