Sasha Chorny: Mickey the Fox's Diary

The wonderful Silver Age poet and prose writer Sasha Chorny (real name Alexander Glikberg) created an amazing character: a fox terrier named Mickey who learned to read and write, compose poetry, and calls himself "the smartest of all animals." He also dreams and fantasizes, imagining how the world around him would change if there were cinemas, circuses, and other entertainment for dogs, and keeps a diary where he shares funny observations and tells stories about his owners and the world as he sees it.
