Meshmatics ceiling lamp

The Meshmatics by Moooi, designed by Rick Tegelaar in 2017, transforms humble wire netting into a sculptural three-layer construction. The designer developed a dedicated machine and set of tools to precisely shape the thin, flexible material into its distinctive concentric form. Made from galvanised steel and brass, its transparent structure emits a soft, radiant glow without visually blocking the surrounding space. Measuring 58 cm in diameter and height, Meshmatics Small brings together innovative engineering, craftsmanship, and contemporary design.
