A contemporary reading of Maltagliati, Cipriani's Tagliardi come as irregular 3 x 3 cm sheets. That free-hand cut gives a frank texture that clings superbly to the richest sauces. Made in the house's Venetian workshops, they keep the roughness of a carefully chosen semolina.

Egg pasta, 250 g. Irregular 3 x 3 cm cut. Ingredients: DURUM WHEAT semolina, EGGS (25%). Cooks in 4 minutes. Shelf life 24 months. Made in Italy.
