Egg and Spinach Pappardelle

Produced exclusively in Venice, Cipriani's Spinach Pappardelle bring together traditional craft and a new flavour. These broad spinach-enriched ribbons widen further as they cook, and speak to the care the house takes at every stage of production.

Egg and spinach pasta, 250 g. Width 1.5 cm when dry, thickness 0.6 mm. Ingredients: DURUM WHEAT semolina, EGGS (25%), powdered spinach (2%). Cooks in 4 minutes. Shelf life 24 months. Made in Italy.
