Organic Tartare Sauce

Inspired by the taste of the Harry's Bar regulars, this Cipriani sauce celebrates the Venetian art of hospitality. Its enveloping creaminess and its balance of acidity and savour give it an assertive yet elegant character. Ideal with meats and shellfish.

Organic sauce, 185 g. Ingredients: sunflower oil*, water, EGG yolk* (6.5%), wine vinegar*, cider vinegar*, sea salt, cane sugar*, chives* (0.5%), natural pepper flavouring, parsley* (0.2%), Syracuse PGI lemon juice*, thickener: xanthan gum, tarragon* (0.05%). *Raw materials from EU/non-EU organic farming. Gluten free. Made in Italy.
