Organic Pesto

Cipriani's Organic Pesto is an exercise in restraint: no garlic, no cheese, no preservatives or artificial flavourings. Basil holds the foreground alone, with its frank perfume and the slight tang that wakes up the palate. A pared-back Mediterranean reading, where the purity of the ingredients does everything.
