Cipriani Meringues, 30 g

Rough, fragrant and brittle, irregular in shape, Cipriani's meringues melt in the mouth leaving sweet, gentle notes. They are made by hand: egg whites and sugar whipped to peaks, then baked slowly at controlled temperature. Perfect alongside a coffee or an ice cream.

Meringues, 30 g. Ingredients: caster sugar (49%), EGG white (33%), icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), lemon juice, vanilla extract. Shelf life 6 months. Made in Italy.
