Crafted from carefully selected small potatoes and cut ultra-thin (0.8 mm), they are pan-fried at 165°C in pure sunflower oil. This extreme thinness combined with the cooking method causes the chips to curl and fold onto themselves, resulting in an eye-catching shape and an incredibly satisfying crunch with a retro taste.
