Sonance Medium Round Retrofit Enclosure

Sonance Medium Round Retrofit Enclosure

Improve the acoustic consistency and sound isolation of compatible in-ceiling speaker installations with this retrofit enclosure. Designed for 6.5in Sonance Visual Performance Series speakers, it creates a controlled air volume behind each speaker while reducing the influence of varying ceiling and wall cavities.

The glass-reinforced polypropylene construction provides a durable protective enclosure and helps reduce sound transmission into adjacent rooms or spaces by up to 20dB. Its retrofit-friendly design allows installation in existing ceilings while also supporting new-construction applications.

The enclosure accommodates compatible round speakers and can also be used with square trim configurations when paired with the appropriate adapter. Its black finish remains concealed behind the installed speaker and ceiling surface.
