The Warm Audio Dirty Boy Jr. Overdrive is a versatile all-analog overdrive, preamp, and amp simulator developed in collaboration with Dirty Boy Pedals. Inspired by the original Dirty Boy Preamp circuit, it uses proprietary analog tube amp emulation technology to deliver dynamic, amp-like tones in a compact pedal format.

The pedal features Gain, Tone, and Volume controls, along with a Variac control that simulates the dynamic sag and compression of a tube amplifier by reducing the circuit voltage. This allows you to achieve everything from responsive overdrive to voltage-starved fuzz textures.

Two independent outputs provide added flexibility: one delivers a traditional preamp output, while the other features an emulated 4x12 Celestion Greenback cabinet. The emulated output allows the Dirty Boy Jr. Overdrive to function as an all-analog amp simulator for direct connection to front-of-house systems, mixers, audio interfaces, or FRFR speakers.
