Build an expressive dual-channel wavefolder with this partial DIY kit. It includes the official PCB and aluminum front panel required to begin the project. Common electronic components and mechanical hardware must be sourced separately.
Once completed, Chopping Kinky provides two different voltage-controlled wavefolder circuits for adding harmonics and complex shapes to audio or CV signals. Each channel features two CV inputs, including one with an attenuverter. The dedicated Chop output switches between the two channels using an internal zero-crossing detector or an external gate signal.
