Harrison 500 Rack with Dante Card and Mixer

Harrison 500 Rack with Dante Card and Mixer

The Harrison 500 Rack with Dante Card and Mixer combines the D510r chassis, D510dante Audio-over-IP interface and D510mx analog mixer into one highly flexible 500 Series production system. This configuration brings together analog processing, Harrison analog summing, independent headphone monitoring and Dante network connectivity in a compact 3U rack.

The D510mx occupies slots 9 and 10, leaving eight slots available for compatible preamps, compressors, EQs and other 500 Series processors. Its 10x2 analog mixer provides individual level and pan controls for each channel, dedicated Main mix level control and two independent headphone outputs.

The D510dante card adds high-performance conversion and network connectivity, allowing the installed processors to communicate directly with Dante-enabled consoles, computers and other networked production equipment. This makes it possible to route audio from a digital system through analog 500 Series hardware and back to the network without building a conventional multichannel analog patching system.

When used together, the Dante and mixer sections also expand monitoring possibilities, with the headphone Blend controls allowing analog mix signals to be combined with network-derived monitor feeds.
