The Mackie Thrash12V2 combines high output, flexible connectivity and simple operation in a compact 12-inch powered loudspeaker. Its 1300W amplifier powers a 12-inch woofer and 1-inch high-frequency driver, producing up to 129 dB SPL with a frequency response extending from 53 Hz to 16 kHz. The lighter enclosure makes it especially practical for mobile performers, DJs, rehearsal spaces and portable sound systems.
Four voicing modes tailor the speaker to the application without requiring external processing. Flat provides a neutral response, DJ adds extra impact for music playback, Live improves vocal projection, and Wedge focuses the response for stage-monitor use. Mackie's Feedback Eliminator provides convenient protection against microphone feedback during performances and presentations.
Bluetooth enables wireless streaming from phones, tablets and computers, as well as wireless linking of two ThrashV2 speakers. An XLR/TRS combo input accepts microphone, instrument and line-level sources, while the XLR mix output can feed another loudspeaker with the combined analog and Bluetooth signal.
