The Fyne Audio Vintage Classic VIII SM combines traditional loudspeaker styling with contemporary acoustic engineering in a premium two-way standmount design.

Inspired by the classic hi-fi loudspeakers of the 1970s, its cabinet features natural walnut veneer, a contrasting black front baffle, gold-coloured trim, and a traditional grille. Beneath its vintage appearance lies Fyne Audio's advanced IsoFlare point-source driver technology.

The 200mm (8-inch) IsoFlare driver integrates a multi-fibre bass/midrange cone with a centrally mounted 25mm magnesium dome compression tweeter. Its FyneFlute surround helps control unwanted cone resonances, while the concentric driver configuration promotes consistent dispersion and precise stereo imaging.

A downward-firing port with Fyne's BassTrax Tractrix diffuser distributes low-frequency energy through a 360-degree wavefront for smooth bass integration.

The cabinet is constructed from high-density fibreboard with extensive internal bracing and walnut veneer. A Cryo-Lite-treated crossover and bi-wire terminals further support precise signal reproduction.

Dedicated high-frequency energy and presence adjustments allow the speaker's tonal balance to be adapted to the listening environment.
