Zoom Livetrak L12next Digital / Recorder Mixer.

The Zoom LiveTrak L-12next is a powerful digital mixer and multitrack recorder that keeps an analog-style, hands-on workflow. With three multifunction knobs per channel, upgraded preamps, built-in effects, multitrack recording, personal monitor mixes, and USB audio interface capabilities, it’s a complete hub for live shows, rehearsals, podcasts, and studio sessions.

Key Features

• Analog-Style Control, Digital Power
Three multifunction encoder knobs per channel let you quickly adjust High/Mid/Low EQ, gain, pan, compression, and sends—no menu diving, just fast, tactile mixing.

• Upgraded High-Gain Preamps
Clean +70 dB of gain with ultra-low noise (–128 dBu EIN), plus Hi-Z inputs, PAD, and +48 V phantom power, so you can plug in dynamic mics, condensers, and instruments with confidence.

• Multitrack Recorder Built In
Record up to 14 tracks at 24-bit/96 kHz directly to SD card, plus a stereo mix. The new OLED screen makes transport, routing, and setup clear and intuitive.

• 32-Bit Float Master + Master Compressor
Capture your final mix in 32-bit float for pristine, clip-free headroom, then shape your overall sound with the onboard master compressor for warm, polished mixes.

• Five Independent Monitor Mixes
Give each musician their own custom headphone or monitor mix with five Monitor Outs, configurable in stereo (headphones/in-ears) or mono (stage wedges).

• Scene Memory & Fader Position Recall
Store up to 10 scene memories (faders, EQ, pan, mutes, FX, etc.). Use the Fader Position button and LED meters to visually match stored fader positions when recalling a scene.

• Onboard FX and Talkback
Add depth and space with 16 onboard effects (reverbs, delays and more) with two adjustable parameters, and use the built-in Talkback to communicate easily with performers.

• Wireless Control with iPad App
Control faders, EQ, scenes, and effects wirelessly via the L12next Control iPad app when paired with the optional Zoom BTA-1 Bluetooth adapter (range up to 10 m in open spaces).

• USB Audio Interface + Control Surface
Use the L-12next as a 14-in / 4-out USB audio interface for Mac, Windows, or mobile devices. Record to computer and SD card at the same time, sync tracks, and control your DAW from the surface.

• Stream-Ready & Footswitch Support
Integrates easily with streaming software for live broadcasts, performances, and podcasts. Connect the optional Zoom FS01 footswitch for hands-free control of FX mutes, punch-in/out, and playback.

• Rackmount Option
Optional RKL-12 rackmount adapter allows you to install the LiveTrak L-12next in any standard rack setup.
