Doepfer A-100MVG Straight Connector Set

The Doepfer A-100MVG is a mechanical connector set designed to securely join compatible A-100 Monster Cases into larger modular configurations. The set consists of two straight black-coated metal connectors and the mounting hardware required to attach compatible cases using the threaded mounting points on their rear panels.

The A-100MVG is intended for straight connections between Monster Case sections, making it possible to mechanically secure combinations such as an A-100PMB Monster Base with an A-100PMS6, A-100PMS9, or A-100PMS12. It can also be used with compatible A-100 Low Cost Monster cases, including connections between the A-100LMB and A-100LMS9.

Connecting the cases improves mechanical stability and helps prevent individual sections from shifting or overturning when several large A-100 cases are assembled into one system. The connectors can be removed again when the system needs to be separated for transportation.

The A-100MVG is specifically designed for compatible 168 HP Monster enclosures. Standard 84 HP cases such as the A-100P6, P9, PB, LC6, LC9, and LCB do not have the required threaded mounting points and cannot be connected using the A-100MVG.
