Doepfer A-142-6 1U AD/LFO

The Doepfer A-142-6 is a compact 1U attack/decay envelope generator that can also operate as a looping low-frequency oscillator. Its straightforward architecture makes it a flexible modulation source for envelopes, cyclic modulation, rhythmic control, and compact utility patches.

With Loop disabled, a positive trigger starts the attack/decay envelope. Switching Loop on causes the envelope cycle to repeat continuously, transforming the module into an A/D LFO.

Dedicated Attack and Decay controls provide manual adjustment of both stages over an approximate range of 2 ms to 2 seconds. This allows the module to cover fast transient envelopes as well as slower modulation cycles.

The modulation signal is available from the output with an approximate peak level of +10V, while an LED provides immediate visual indication of the generated signal.
