The Elektron Digitone II is a powerful 16-voice digital synthesizer and sequencer combining FM synthesis with flexible sound-shaping and sequencing tools. Its 16 tracks can be used for internal synthesis or MIDI sequencing, providing a versatile setup for both studio production and live performance.

With multiple synthesis and filter machines, three assignable LFOs per synth voice, extensive modulation, and a 128-step sequencer, Digitone II is designed for creating detailed melodic, harmonic, and percussive sounds. Advanced sequencing features include polyphonic sequencing, parameter locks, trig conditions, micro timing, an arpeggiator, and an Euclidean sequencer per track.
