Eureka — Atom W 75 F IGW Tech Noir

Grind-by-weight grinder with an integrated precision scale: each dose is weighed in real time to the nearest tenth of a gram, rather than estimated by grinding time. 75 mm flat burrs, a direct-drive motor that runs about 50% cooler than conventional designs, a hands-free portafilter hook, and a touchscreen. The ACE system reduces static electricity for grounds that do not stick or clump in the portafilter. Excellent value for a café that wants the precision of a high-end grinder without paying the high-end price.
