Crystal Eye glass dripper, Timemore

Crystal Eye glass dripper, Timemore

$19.55

A dripper that lets you see what happens during brewing.

The Timemore Crystal Eye is made of thick optical glass, set on a plastic base. You can follow the coffee from start to finish: the bloom, the rising water level, and the drawdown. It's useful for adjusting your pouring technique, and it's also simply beautiful on a countertop.

The grooves in the lower third promote a more consistent flow. The ridges in the pouring area complete the work for balanced extraction. The glass is thick and designed to last.

2 to 4 cups, compatible with V60-02 filters

Paper filters are included.

Starting point for your first brew (optional, at the bottom of the product page)
22 g of medium-ground coffee, water at 92 °C. Rinse the filter, pour 70 g of water for the bloom, gently agitate, then resume pouring at 45 seconds in slow circles until reaching 360 g. Let the water drain completely.
