Why the total carbs look higher than the net carbs: the Nutrition Facts panel lists ~25–26 g total carbohydrate, but that number does not reflect the low net carbs, because allulose is not shown on the main Nutrition Facts carbohydrate/sugar lines — the FDA does not count allulose as a total or added sugar. Each pastry actually nets out to 3–5 g net carbs once you subtract the 6 g fiber, ~5–6 g allulose and 10 g sugar alcohol (erythritol). Magic Spoon shows this in the separate “Net Carbs” box printed on the pack, which is why these are keto-friendly despite the higher total-carb figure on the label.

Why does the label say ~26 g carbs then? Because allulose isn’t counted on the main Nutrition Facts carb line by the FDA; subtract the fiber, allulose and sugar alcohol and you get 3–5 g net carbs (shown in the pack’s “Net Carbs” box).
