Suspiria (1977) (Blu-ray)

American dance student Suzy Bannion (Jessica Harper) arrives at a prestigious German ballet academy and finds herself ensnared in a web of witchcraft and ritual murder. Dario Argento's Suspiria is a sensory assault: a film in which the logic of nightmare replaces the logic of narrative, the Goblin score functions as a second horror, and the colors — primary reds, greens, and blues never seen this way in cinema before or since — turn every frame into something between a hallucination and a painting. Synapse Films presents the most complete 4K restoration ever created from the original camera negative.
