Dick Tracy (Original Score) (Vinyle)

Danny Elfman's vibrant, jazz-inflected orchestral score for Warren Beatty's Dick Tracy (1990) — one of the most distinctive and fun film scores of its era. Elfman channels the swinging bravado of 1930s gangster pictures through his signature darkly comic lens, building a world of neon primary colours and theatrical menace that perfectly mirrors the film's pop-art aesthetic. This 2020 reissue on transparent blue vinyl (limited to 3,000 copies) marks the score's first standalone vinyl release since the original 1990 pressing. Includes a double-sided insert with film stills and tracklist. Produced by Bob Badami and Steve Bartek; orchestrated by Shirley Walker.
