Under the Silver Lake (Blu-ray)

A young slacker (Andrew Garfield) in Los Angeles becomes obsessed with decoding a conspiracy of hidden messages after his attractive neighbor mysteriously disappears. David Robert Mitchell's wildly ambitious, deliberately confounding neo-noir is a dizzying labyrinth of pop-cultural paranoia and cinephilic obsession — polarizing on release, now recognized as a singular and bracingly strange work.
