The Lady Eve (Blu-ray) - The Criterion Collection

A card shark (Barbara Stanwyck) on an ocean liner sets her sights on a naive beer heir (Henry Fonda) — only to find herself falling genuinely in love with her mark. Preston Sturges's most perfectly constructed screwball comedy is a dazzling tour de force of wit, slapstick, and romantic irony, with Stanwyck giving one of the great comic performances in Hollywood history. New digital restoration for this Criterion edition.
