Shakedown (Blu-ray)

A public defender (Peter Weller) and a burned-out undercover cop (Sam Elliott) team up to expose a corrupt drug operation and a web of police brutality in New York City. James Glickenhaus's kinetic, fast-moving action thriller is a love letter to the gritty NYC of the 1980s — packed with spectacular practical stunts, an instantly memorable chemistry between Weller and Elliott, and a chase sequence set on the landing gear of a departing airplane that has to be seen to be believed. Shout! Factory's Blu-ray presents a new HD transfer.
