Vintage Hughes-Owens 1768C Slide Rule – Sun Hemmi Japan

Vintage Hughes-Owens No. 1768C slide rule, manufactured in Japan by Sun Hemmi for the Canadian Hughes-Owens Co. A classic 11-inch bamboo scientific/engineering calculating instrument from the mid-20th century.

Features multiple logarithmic, trigonometric and calculation scales with a metal-framed cursor. Includes the original Hughes-Owens storage case with a handwritten former-owner label.
