Important Note

This item bears a 925 silver hallmark; however, it is believed to be a silver-overlay (bilaminato) construction typical of Sovrani devotional plaques. The plaque is NOT solid sterling silver and contains substantial non-silver components including the wood backing and internal support structure. The value of this piece is based primarily on its decorative and devotional appeal rather than precious metal content.
