Vintage Murano Style Art Glass Paperweight Sphere, Chiarato Rome, Italy.

Vintage Italian art glass paperweight sphere with deep smoky green controlled-bubble core encased in clear heavy glass. Original worn retailer/importer label reads CHIURATO, Articoli da Regalo, Via Due Macelli 61, Roma, indicating it was sold through a Roman gift/art glass shop. Attractive modernist mid-century look with substantial weight and display presence.

Likely mid-century to late 20th century Italian decorative glass, Murano-style tourist/gallery piece. Beautiful as desk decor, shelf display, or collector’s paperweight.

Condition is good vintage overall with surface wear/light scratches from age and use. Notable internal starburst fracture/inclusion visible in one area (likely manufacturing stress crack or impact-related internal flaw), shown in photos. Does not affect display stability.
